Pay Inequity
Man, work sucks. I discovered last year that an undergraduate student was being paid a dollar an hour more than me to do some key-entry work that any 6 year old with keyboard skills could do. I overheard her talking to my supervisor yesterday and they are doing it again.
Why is it everytime you put your heart into something it turns around and bites your ass? I love my job and most of the people I work with, that's why I work so hard. Why am I not paid fairly for the responsibilities I have?
Damn. I need a martini.
